Push Hands Training Continues!

This is Kevin. Due to my back surgery, I will not be attending classes until after Memorial Day weekend. However! Please keep practicing the horizontal and vertical single hand circling as we have been practicing it. To refresh your memory, you can review Ma Hong’s training video on Youtube. Jump to 5:16 in the video (if you click on the link above it should take you there) and play close attention to his explanation and detail.

After Memorial Day weekend, we will continue our practice to the next exercise in the series.

PS. Keep practicing! Don’t be shy. Remember, you can practice push hands before and after any class as well. Just ask another classmate. Take every opportunity you can find to increase your sensitivity. You can do Tai Chi by yourself but you need other practitioners to practice Push Hands.
