Push Hands Training Schedule Update for 2022
Kevin will not be at Saturday classes on June 18th, June 25th, August 20th, nor August 27th. While he won’t be running the push hands class, please meet with each other and practice what you have learned thus far.

This is Kevin. Due to my back surgery, I will not be attending classes until after Memorial Day weekend. However! Memorial Day 2022 Class Schedule
In observance of Memorial Day weekend, there will be no classes on May 28th. All other days will not be affected.
Push Hands Training-Saturdays after Tai Chi Class
Kevin Else will be holding push-hands training classes on Saturdays starting at 10:30am after Tai Chi Class. The classes will be based on the ten Chen Style push-hands exercises as taught to Master Ma Hong by Chen Zhao Kui. (see the table below and review the video of Master Hong teaching the techniques on Youtube:
