Push Hands Training Continues!
This is Kevin. Due to my back surgery, I will not be attending classes until after Memorial Day weekend. However! Please keep practicing the horizontal and vertical single hand circling as we have been practicing it. To refresh your memory, you can review Ma Hong’s training video on Youtube. Memorial Day 2022 Class Schedule
In observance of Memorial Day weekend, there will be no classes on May 28th. All other days will not be affected.
Push Hands Training-Saturdays after Tai Chi Class
Kevin Else will be holding push-hands training classes on Saturdays starting at 10:30am after Tai Chi Class. The classes will be based on the ten Chen Style push-hands exercises as taught to Master Ma Hong by Chen Zhao Kui. (see the table below and review the video of Master Hong teaching the techniques on Youtube:
School Closing Friday, January 28, 2022 and Saturday, January 29, 2022
Due to the snowstorm moving into the area, school will be closed the Friday and Saturday.

Due to the threat of rain and the surge in COVID-19 cases, school is closed Saturday, Dec. 18th. Please take care during the Holiday Season!
Thanksgiving Holiday
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, school will be closed on: Thursday, November 25th; Friday, November 26th; and Saturday, November 27th. Have a great holiday!
October 30, 2021 Testing!
Belt testing is scheduled for Saturday, October 30th at 9:00am ET. If you believe you believe you would like to test, please contact Master Li so that he can review the requirements and costs. Please come early (8:30am) to warm up prior to the test. Good Luck!
2021 School Celebration Oct. 2nd. No morning class.
The school will be celebrating another year of Wushu/Taiji fun on Saturday, October 2nd from 3pm to 6pm. There will be no morning classes that Saturday morning. Please contact Master Li for details. Hope to see you there. Kevin
